Chamber of Sustainability – new iniaitive
I’ve been working on this idea for months and wanted to share.
The Chamber of Sustainability [COS] is a bold initiative with an ambitious goal of taking a leadership role in assisting the United States to become the global leader in sustainability. We want to create “green†economic development and workforce development throughout the nation. Most importantly, our goal is not to duplicate any organization’s current efforts, but to collect everything and promote the exceptional resources our nation can offer.
The COS will provide national and global market access. It will involve the collaboration of multiple industries to lead product development, services, and solutions. It will be on the forefront of global sustainability and will pursue “green†political, social, and commercial solutions. Socially, it will help to bolster relationships and connections among the most successful business professionals, the world over.
In major cities across the United States, the Chamber of Sustainability announces the opportunity to host The AMOS Project, the Headquarters for Leadership in Green Technologies and Sustainability Issues. The project will act as a center where people will come together and interact with multiple exhibits and technical demonstrations about the nation’s push for sustainability.
In every market, this space will promote four key areas that the specific region is known for. The founding market is Syracuse, New York. This location is promoting the following areas…TECHNOLOGY & ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AGRICULTURE & BIOTECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, and RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT.
Currently, we are soliciting individuals who would be interested in joining a national advisory board, capital resources through founding member companies and investors, as well as contacts within local markets who could facilitate conversations with the correct people to begin planning for the development of these physical locations.
Please feel free to contact us with any thoughts or questions. I’ll update with more details and visuals soon.
Thanks for your time and thoughts.
Bob Clary
Chief Executive Officer
Chamber of Sustainability, Inc.
